The last few months have been challenging for all of us in different ways. And with a new National Lockdown just announced and the winter months approaching it’s now more important than ever to look after our mental health.

If you would relish the chance to get out into nature with a small group or people then join us for our Reconnect Sessions. 3-4 hour sessions once a week for 4 weeks in safe, supported (and suitably distanced but always connected) groups.

The sessions will offer gentle time out in nature with small groups of people to reconnect with nature, with others and with ourselves.

We’ll travel together to some beautiful spaces around and outside of the city, spend time in nature and just enjoy the beauty of autumn and observe our approach into winter.

We’ve thought about your safety and have put measures in place to make sure that we’re all Covid-compliant, so these sessions may slightly different to our normal days but we hope that once you get out in the green you won’t notice any difference. After all – being outside is one of the safest places to be!
