The Plot (Stanmer Park)

The Plot is an out of doors wellbeing space within Stanmer Wellbeing Gardens, Stanmer Park, Brighton.

Their vision is to create a community-led sanctuary space for sharing and nurturing creativity, community spirit and connection – through a range of nature-based / nature-led activities. 

Recent groups and activities include:

* Adolescent group for young women who have experienced domestic abuse

* Creative wellbeing sessions for young refugees

* Wellbeing days and environmental arts therapy/ eco-therapy skill-sharing for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust staff
