Wild Gathering create and facilitate nature connection health and wellbeing workshop programmes, events, and guided mindful walks. They use a range of mindful and creative activities that help people to explore their relationship with themselves, others, and the natural world.
They also deliver the NatureWell programme, a nature-based approach to health and wellbeing designed by Natural Academy and informed by Derby University’s research into the 5 Pathways to Nature Connectedness.
Walk and talk and 1:1 ecotherapeutic sessions are also available.
